2014 was another big year in records management. In addition to traditional records management challenges, organizations have had to tackle emerging issues such as cloud storage and the “hybrid” records environment, in which both digital and paper records are on the rise.  To adapt to all of this, records managers have had to think carefully about how they manage change in the context of their records management programs.
